About the Yearbook
Horner's annual yearbook is planned and created by the Publications team, an eighth-grade elective. This is an introductory class which presents the basics of copy writing, design, and photography. Students attend school events to photograph and document what matters to students on campus this year. We hope to create a book you will enjoy for years to come.
We are a student-run organization with a goal of creating a keepsake which represents perhaps the most complete written historical record of what happens on campus and matters to our students this year. Written text published represents the opinion of the writer and students referenced in quotations, but not necessarily that of the entire Publications staff, the administration or faculty of Horner Junior High School, or any person affiliated with the Fremont Unified School District (FUSD).
