8th Grade GLOW IN THE DARK Promotion Dance


    1. More than one "F" second semester

    2. Any suspensions

    3. Ten (10) or more hours of detention assigned

        during second semester

    4. Truant any time during the 2nd semester

    5. 15 or more tardies (any period)

All students not eligible for Promotion and Dance will be notified by administration.

The Horner Promotion Dance Party is coming up on Friday June 9th, and we still need a lot of donations to make this event happen. Please note that there is no admission cost for the 8th graders to attend this special event, so we need your help in providing many of the food items, as well as prizes for the games and raffle. 


Please click on the link provided below to sign up to bring at least one of the line item donation requests. This is your chance to contribute, if you have not done so already. Thank you to those who have already signed up.


We understand that it is a busy time for everyone, so if you would rather contribute a monetary donation (made payable to Horner PTSA) so that items could be purchased by the Promotion Committee, please contact us (; 


Thank you to all the parents who signed up to volunteer at the party or help set up for the ceremony.  Most, if not all spots have been filled.
